Project Experience

Sunol Hot Mix Asphalt Plant, Sunol California – 2015

Prepared application for a new Hot Mix Asphalt Plant and work with Bay area AQMD to obtain a Authority to Construct for the Facility. AQMD required complete BACT analysis including a top-down-analysis for asphalt plant for VOCs. The facility has been constructed been constructed and is going through testing.

Title and Location: RECLAIM Hot Mix Plant rebuild, Sun Valley, Ca. – 2013-2015

Provided strategic support for project planning and complete permit preparation for Asphalt Plant replacement at a Super Compliant RECLAIM facility in South Coast AQMD and obtained Permits to Construct for a new plant and a transitional plant on the same site. The facility is awaiting the first phase of construction.

Hot Mix Asphalt Plant on green field site, Perris California – 2006-2007

Prepared application for a new Hot Mix Asphalt Plant at a green field site in Perris. The facility included aggregate receiving system, stationary crumb rubber plant and the ability to handle RAP. The plant remains in operation today.

Title and Location: Hot Mix Plant relocations, Indio, California – 2015-2016

Permitted asphalt plant for relocation for a site with and aggregate source to a partially developed site with an existing aggregate source. Permit to Construct have been issued and the plant is being constructed.
