TES, Inc. prepared Comprehensive Emissions Inventory Reports (CEIR) for clients from a variety of industries. In 2017, TES, Inc. completed a CERIP/CEIR for a hot mix asphalt plant with an accompanying mine. An inventory of emissions for all the equipment and on-site emission sources for the operation was conducted. The annual emissions where reported utilizing the statewide HARP emissions inventory module.
