About Us

Taylor Environmental Services Inc. (TES, Inc.) provides support to industrial facilities in their efforts to meet local, state, and federal environmental requirements.

With over 20 years of experience, the staff of TES, Inc. has assisted clients in permitting and expanding facilities, evaluating alternative project scenarios, meeting with regulatory agencies, providing technical analysis and recommendations for testing protocols, and evaluating the pros and cons of equipment choices.  Additionally, TES, Inc. contributes to a number of associations in developing and commenting on public policy and rule development.  These efforts primarily have been focused throughout California, however at times, staff of TES, Inc. are requested to provide insight and assistance on national policy or proposed state requirements and the impacts those requirements might have on compliance issues.

To provide these services TES, Inc. maintains facilities and equipment and utilizes current software to research data and to assist in providing support.  This includes current equipment, modeling software, long standing relationships with labs and testing facilities, and industry specific knowledge.

Scott Taylor, President of TES, Inc., has over 22 years of experience as an environmental consultant. Having earned his B.S. in Engineering Technology (Mechanical), from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and his MBA from California State University, Long Beach, Scott is well versed in both engineering and business operations.

Susana Perez, Vice President of Air Quality, has over 20 years of experience as an environmental consultant. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
