In February 2018, TES, Inc. was asked to represent a client who had received a notice to comply which put the entire operation in threat of having to close. TES, Inc. developed a three-step plan in conjunction with the operators of the plant to achieve compliance with the local AQMD requirements and continue operation. TES, the client and the AQMD worked cooperatively to obtain permits, to bring the emission levels of the facility down and allow the operation to continue.
