Scott Taylor, President of TES, Inc., has over 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant. Having earned his B.S. in Engineering Technology (Mechanical), from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and his MBA from California State University, Long Beach, Scott is well versed in both engineering and business operations.
