In 2017, TES, Inc. registered multiple portable stackers for a client through CARB’s PERP program. While some portable plants should be permitted through the local AQMD, the owner wanted to operate in multiple air districts within the state of California. TES recommended that the companies best option was to file multiple registrations through the PERP program.
