Summary:
In 2018, TES Inc prepared air quality permit applications for a stationary concrete and recycling operation. The client required alterations to the original stamped plans submitted to the city to allow for the addition of an extra crusher. Modified plans were prepared to demonstrate to the city that additional equipment would not be a significant alteration or emission source in order to a substantial conformance determination for the CEQA review.
