Summary:
TES, Inc. obtained a permit to construct and operate a portable RAP processing system in the San Joaquin Valley to operate at a stationary facility. The system provides RAP crushing and screening services at various Hot Mix Asphalt Plants located within the air district. Although the plant is portable, it is only intended to be operated within the San Joaquin Valley at stationary facilities. TES recommended permitting with the local Air Pollution Control District rather than the statewide portable equipment registration program.
