Senior project manager prepared and obtained air quality permits for client in Mojave Air Quality Management District for portable crushing and screening operation. Client needed permits turned around in less than one month. Responsible for preparation of application and negotiation with agency to get permit issued within clients request and on budget.

Senior project manager for preparing and managed team in preparation of annual emissions inventories for clients in South Coast AQMD and Clark County Department of Air Quality. These sources included combustion from dryers and heaters, fugitive dust emissions from mining and haul roads, boilers, cooling towers, spray booths and storage tanks.

Senior project manager for conducting annual visible emission observations for a Coke Calciner plant in Wilmington, California to satisfy Title V requirements. Senior project manager, prepared permit application for aggregate marine unloading terminal in Long Beach, California. Project involved evaluation of marine engines and boilers part of permitting evaluation. Worked with South Coast AQMD and client to present various operating parameters to avoid offsets for project.

Prepared Health Risk Assessment evaluations to determine residential and worker health risk impacts. Duties included gathering operational data of facilities, preparation of facility maps in AutoCad, development of AERMOD model to predict concentrations.
